The hotel had a lot of potential with its various amenities, but sadly, my experience fell short due to numerous issues with both service and cleanliness. The disorganization at check-in and the overall state of the accommodations made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. However, the kids had some fun at the waterpark, though it was too crowded for our liking.

We had a fun-filled stay at the resort with our kids, who absolutely loved the water park. The accommodations were cozy and spacious, perfect for a family getaway. However, the hallway noise was a bit bothersome at times, and the housekeeping service could use some improvement during the week.
